Halloween At Harlan Ranch
It's that time of year again when little ghosts and goblins will be roaming the streets of Harlan Ranch. It is guaranteed that tonight our streets will be full of trick or treaters, not only from Harlan Ranch but from surrounding neighborhoods as well. Please remember the following to ensure everyone's safety this Halloween night.
- Drive slowly through our community and look both ways when backing out of your driveway
- When driving tonight, please watch for people entering the streets between parked cars
- Parents, please make sure all children stay on the sidewalks and look both ways before crossing the street.
- If you are at a four-way intersection with no stop sign, proceed with caution
- Because pets are often scared by doorbells and costumes, use care when opening the door for trick or treaters
- Pet owners, please use caution when taking fido out for his nightly walk. Costumes can cause pets to be alarmed and otherwise calm pets may bark and bite
- Do not let anyone into your home you do not know
- For those that park on the street, do not leave valuables visible
- Residents in Barclay Square: do not block open or tie back the electric gate
- Remember to be an alert neighbor and report all suspicious activity immediately
- Great Western Security will be onsite beginning at 7:00pm. If you are in need of security please call: 559-325-1396
