October 2nd 6:00 AM - Noon
Harlan Ranch will be hosting their Fall Community Yard Sale Saturday, October 2nd. Advertising for the Yard Sale will be running in the Fresno Bee both Saturday and Sunday.
Signs will also be posted on all the main entrances. Residents are welcome to post additional signs within the community directing them to your specific yard sale. We ask that any additional signs be taken down by 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 3rd. Gates for both Vantage and Barclay Square will be open both mornings of the yard sale.
When setting up this weekend please remember:
Do not block your neighbors driveways or fire lanes.
Do not leave items unattended at any time; don't give thieves a chance to take your things.
The more signage to your sale, the more traffic you will have.
We will have several events during the yard sale on Saturday that residents can take advantage of. Read below to learn more.
ALL EVENTS WILL TAKE PLACE SAT. OCTOBER 2th.
7:00 AM -10:00 AM: Breakfast Truck
In the Clubhouse Parking Lot.
Like last year, we will have a breakfast truck and coffee available residents to grab a meal, so you aren't rushing during the sale.
10:00 AM -1:00 PM: Shred Event
Clubhouse Parking Lot Under the white Canopy
Residents can bring their boxes of personal and confidential paperwork to be shredded by Loss Protection & Investigation, Inc. The first 2 boxes will be shredded for FREE. Additional boxes will cost $5.00. A typical bankers box size is what we look for (about 12x10x15 inches), please don't use a large appliance box.
