Important Information About The Harlan Ranch Pool

*) Residents must have both their working key fob and resident ID card to access the pool and restrooms. Pool attendants and onsite staff will not open restrooms or pool gates for residents or visitors without these items.
*) Each household with working key fob and current ID card are allowed two guests at no cost. Guest passes for more than that are available for two dollars, cash only, from the pool monitor at the gate. Each guest, swimming or not, will be issued a standard wristband, which needs to be purchased by HRCA resident who is present to sign in guest.
*) If the HRCA pool capacity is reached, residents and their guests will be turned away. (Pool area 130 pax capacity)
*) Pool users under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult 18 years of age or older. Pool monitors may ask for ID for proof of age.
*) You are welcome to bring in your own food and drinks with the exception of alcohol and glass items. Tables and chairs may not be reserved or held without a proper BBQ reservation (24 hours advanced notice needed, contact Travis for deposit information and paperwork) See HRCA website for BBQ reservation forms and rules. Don't forget Pack it in Pack it out!
 
Don't have your ID Card Yet??
Owners; you may pick up your HRCA ID card today and tomorrow (Wednesday and Thursday), from 3:30 - 9:00pm, only. Please see the pool monitor on duty. No HRCA ID cards or temporary passes will be issued Friday and Saturday due to anticipated crowds using the facilities. We realize this may be an inconvenience for some and thank you for your understanding during this peak, busy time.
