The Harlan Ranch Casino Night is fast approaching and we want to make sure that you don't miss out on all the fun things we have planned. We know that it is going to look a little different, but we still want you to get to experience some Casino fun. So join us this Friday for a virtual style Casino Night. We have several activities for you to take part in. You can join us for them all or just a few. Throughout the night you will have opportunities to win tickets which will be used at the end of the night for the live drawing! With it being in an online setting we wanted to make it as user friendly as possible so we have created a Casino Night Landing page for you to use throughout the evening. It will link you to all the activities and provide you with all the needed links. You can check it out using the button below!

 

 

 

• 4:30 - 5:45 PM - Drinks Pick Up: We will have Tropical Shaved Ice out at the clubhouse serving up complimentary drinks for those registered for the evening. Take them home to enjoy as is, or use the recipes provided when you register to make them a full cocktail experience. (Limit 2 per household)
• Get You Casino Night Photo: Foto Funtastic is graciously sponsoring a photo booth back drop at the clubhouse parking lot. During drinks pick up for you to get your socially distanced Casino Night photo.
• 6:00 -6:45 PM - Casino Trivia on Zoom: Join us on Zoom for cocktail hour and some fun casino trivia. Get an extra ticket for dressing in the evenings colors of red and black.
• 7:00 - 8:30 PM - Live Black Jack: We are thrilled to have Paul from C&C Productions helping us host a live black jack hour on Zoom. Join us to win tickets for the raffle with every hand won.
• 7:00 - 8:45 PM - Poker Tournament: We will also be hosting a virtual poker tournament on Poker Stars in our private club room. Instructions will be provided to registrants on how to join. The top 5 players will win ticket jackpots for the evening.
• 9:00 PM - Live Raffle Drawing: All of the tickets earned throughout the evening will be put into the grand prize drawing hosted at the end of the evening. With 15 prizes valued from $50- $150 dollars at stake during the evening.

The more you join us the more ticket entries you can win! But you don't have to attend the entire night to participate. Instructions for all portions of the evening will be emailed out to registrants Thursday, September 17th. You must register to receive the links and receive the free drink vouchers.
