Summer Pool Lanyard

Pool season begins Wednesday April 1st. Before this time, the pool is closed and is not to be used. Surveillance cameras are in use and trespassers will be called to a board hearing and could potentially lose pool privileges for the season.
Your new pool lanyards are ready for pickup! Please bring a photo ID and a current utility bill, showing your Harlan Ranch address to the clubhouse during the following dates and times.
 
Monday March 23rd: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Wednesday March 25th: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Thursday March 26th: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Monday March 30th: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Tuesday March 31st: 9:00am -7:00pm

Please remember that new pool lanyards are required to use the Harlan Ranch pool this summer. Due to limited space in the clubhouse, please only send one member from the household to collect your new lanyard. As always, only HRCA members in good standing may use the pool. Those members in collections will not be issued a pool pass, lanyard or fob.
Can We Use That New Small Pool?  No, the Encoure II development pool is for residents of that association only. Harlan Ranch clubhouse pool is for the use by HRCA members only.
 
 
Front Porch Items

Please use caution when leaving items on your front porch, or having deliveries made that may sit on your front porch for an extended period. If you can have deliveries made to a neighbor or location where someone can recieve the package, that is ideal. Remember to keep an eye out for suspicious acitivity and report anything to the Clovis Police Department.
 
A Notice From The City Of Clovis Regarding Park Usage

The large community park at Harlan Ranch is a Clovis City-owned park. As a City-owned park there are certain rules that need to be followed. They are:
 
1.Any group getting together for an event or activity, that is larger than 24 people, will need approval. Getting approval is done by submitting a Facility Use Request Form available on Clovis’ website at Cityofclovis.com (or on the Harlan Ranch website)
 
2.  Any business that helps with your event like a bounce house company or caterer will need to have an insurance policy that names the City of Clovis as an additional insured and have all appropriate permits
 
3. The picnic sites are first-come, first-serve, so even though your party or picnic is approved, it is not reserved.
 
4. Park hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. all events must take place within this time frame.

5. No item(s) shall be sold in the park, this includes food, crafts, homemade goods or any item for profit
 
6. Exercise groups or classes must have pre approval and provide all required insurance coverage required by the City of Clovis
